Singer Alicia Keys hasn’t even given birth to her firstborn yet and she’s already interested in adopting a child from Africa in the future. The pregnant entertainer, who is expecting her first child with her fiance, rapper/producer Swizz Beatz, heads a charity called “Keep A Child Alive” that helps children whose parents have died of AIDS.
